So the only votes that were officially counted were the 5 Ron Paul Votes from Alaska. However the total is a bit higher. We had 4 delegates from Oregon, 4 from Washington, 2 from OK, which the RNC ignored but Senator Inhoffe and their delegation did everything they could to correct it (it appears). Their were also several votes from various states which were ignored or the Paul Delegates threw in the table we want to find out which Delegates we cannot trust 4 yrs. From now.
The Ron Paul movement was extremely disorganized at the national level it was very chaotic just an hour or so before the vote. We are learning valuable lessons here though.
More soon. …….
I will be on 790AM around 11:15 or so. Tune in if you can.
This Im sure was amazing. We made out to Blaine, MN as the Event was nearing its end. We got to see Ron Paul’s big speech, but missed most of the Musical Festivities. We went to “Civic Fest” which is a Delegate only event put on at the Convention Center sponsored by CSPAN, where they have all kinds of Presidential memorabilia and Miniature models of the white house, Air Force One etc. This is why we were late to the “Nation Celebration.”
The Ron Paul gathering was amazing as always. It was great to see Ron in true form, and Im really happy that so many people are willing to get together for such a great cause.
UPDATE***
After the “Ron Paul Nation” we went to Club Jager which was 100% Ron Paul supporters and it was packed with at least 250 people. It was a lot of fun with some great conversation.
Good for Dr. Paul
In an article in The Hill newspaper Ron Paul is quoted as saying that despite Hurricane Gustav The Rally will go on as planned. He even criticized how it is not a place for Federal Intervention.
Do you think McCain would ever say something like that?
